How it runs, step by step
From enquiry to leaving certificate
One record carries a student from the first admission enquiry through admission, class allocation, fees, attendance, examinations, promotion and eventually a leaving certificate. Promotions and campus transfers preserve history instead of overwriting it, so last year remains readable after this year has started, which is exactly when somebody asks for it.
Fees, and why the defaulter list is trustworthy
Fee heads and instalments are set per class, per campus or per student. Vouchers and bank challans print in the format your school and your bank already use, and bank receipts reconcile against the challans that were issued, which is what makes the defaulter list accurate on the day you print it rather than the day the register was last updated. Siblings are linked on the record, so a family discount applies to each child automatically instead of depending on somebody remembering the connection. Concessions are recorded against whoever approved them.
Examinations that end in a result card
Examinations, subjects and weightings are configured per class. Teachers enter marks for the classes they teach and no others. Your provincial or federal board grading scheme is applied the same way across the whole cohort, and result cards print from the record in Urdu or English. A mark correction after publication is recorded against the person who made it, so a reissued card can be explained rather than merely reprinted.
What reaches a parent
Parents are messaged about absence, fees and results in Urdu or English, on a portal built for older Android phones and intermittent connections rather than a recent handset on fibre. Who it is for, and what setup involves
A school year has a shape, and school software is judged on how well it follows that shape.
The first months are admissions: many enquiries, some of which become students. Then fee billing, which repeats every month and produces a defaulter list that has to be accurate when it is printed, not when it was generated. Then examinations, marks, and the documents that come out of those marks. Attendance and parent communication run underneath all of it.
One student record, start to finish
The most common failure is a student's data scattered across three places: a file for admission, a book for fees, a spreadsheet for marks. When a student transfers, none of the three is complete.
Here one record runs from the first enquiry to the leaving certificate, and documents are generated from that record rather than retyped from a ledger.
Fees, and why defaulter lists get ignored
Not because nobody cares, but because the list is out of date before it reaches anyone. A list built from today's balances includes the payment that arrived this morning.
Fee slips are produced for the whole school in one run, with heads kept separate: tuition, transport by route, laboratory, library, examination and annual. Concessions, scholarships, sibling discounts and arrears apply automatically, and the sibling discount follows the recorded relationship rather than somebody remembering it.
Marks and documents
Marks are entered per examination and processed on your own grading scale — you define the boundaries rather than choosing from a fixed list. A mark corrected after results are published stays possible and is recorded against the user who made it, so a corrected result card can be explained rather than merely reprinted.
Parents, and the phones they actually have
The parent portal targets older Android phones and weak connections, in English. Fee reminders, absence notices and result availability go through one templated, logged channel.

One limit: statutory reporting to a national education authority is not implemented outside Pakistan, and neither is local payroll tax for your teaching staff.
