How to choose

Which one applies to you.

How to tell which system you need

Start from what is going wrong, not from a feature list.

If money changes hands across a counter and you hold stock that can run out or expire, you need Point of Sale. The tell is usually one of three complaints: billing stops when the internet does, FBR reporting has become an evening data-entry job, or the stock figure and the shelf disagree by the end of every month.

If you pay salaries and cannot always explain how a figure was reached, you need Payroll and HR. The tell is a spreadsheet per year with last year's formulas copied forward, and an employee at the door asking about a deduction nobody can trace.

If you take admissions, collect fees and issue results, you need School Management. The tell is a defaulter list that is out of date before it is handed round, or certificates being retyped each time somebody leaves.

What running two looks like

The systems share one platform, so a school that already keeps student records here can run payroll for its own teachers without a second login or a second set of employee records. The benefit is not a bundle discount. It is that the two halves cannot disagree, which is the usual reason a school's staff list and its payroll do not match.

You are not asked to commit to that at the start. Take the one that solves today's problem and add the second when there is a reason to.

Modules, and why they are not sold separately

Accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, attendance and workflow are modules inside these systems rather than products in their own right. That is a deliberate structure: an inventory module you buy separately from the till it serves is two systems that need reconciling, and reconciling them becomes somebody's job.

What is true of all three

Priced in Pakistani rupees with no dollar exposure, no setup fee and no exit fee. Urdu and English in the interface and on printed documents. Statutory updates included rather than quoted. A full export of your own data, in open formats, whenever you ask for it. Support Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm PKT, by phone, WhatsApp and email.

If none of them fit

We will say so. A business whose core process is manufacturing with a bill of materials, or one billing purely on time rather than goods, is a poor fit and we would rather tell you on a twenty minute call than discover it together in month six.

What the first twenty minutes with us looks like

Not a slide deck. You bring something real: a month of your own sales, a payslip somebody argues about, or last term's fee sheet. We put it into the system on the call and you watch what happens to it.

That format exists because a demo on demo data proves nothing. Every product looks competent against a tidy dataset somebody prepared for it. Yours is not tidy, and the interesting question is what the software does with the messy parts: the item that has three names, the employee who joined mid-month, the family that paid half.

If it handles your awkward cases you have learned something worth knowing. If it does not, you have learned that in twenty minutes rather than after a purchase order.

How to compare us with anything else

Ask all three of these, of us and of whoever else you are considering. They are the questions whose answers cannot be faked in a demo.

  1. Show me what happens when the internet drops mid-sale. Not the marketing claim, the actual behaviour.
  2. Recalculate a payslip from eight months ago and tell me whether it matches what was paid.
  3. Correct a record that has already been approved, and show me what the audit trail says afterwards.

A system built for these answers them in about a minute each. One that was not will change the subject to a feature list.

Twenty minutes, your own data, no slides.

Bring a month of your own sales, a payslip you argue about, or last term’s fee sheet. We will show you what it looks like in MjFour.
