Terms of use

These terms cover your use of mjfour.com. They are not a licence for the MjFour software and they do not create a subscription. If you become a customer, what you may do with the software, what we owe you and what happens to your data are set out in the agreement we sign with you — that agreement governs, not this page.

What the content here is

The pages on this site describe what MjFour does, in good faith and as accurately as we can. They are not a specification, a warranty or a promise that a particular capability will fit your business. Where a page describes statutory handling — FBR digital invoicing, salary tax slabs, EOBI, provident fund, gratuity, provincial social security or board grading schemes — it describes how the software is built, not legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance, and for satisfying yourself before you rely on anything here.

Anything on this site can change without notice, including pages describing capability. We do not undertake to keep an old version available.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages. Please do not:

• Present our content as your own, or republish substantial parts of it without saying where it came from.
• Use our name, logo or wording in a way that suggests we endorse or supply something we do not.
• Attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it, or use the enquiry forms to send anything other than a genuine enquiry.

The text, layout, images and code of this site belong to MjFour. Names and marks belonging to other companies, where they appear, belong to their owners; we use them only to say plainly what we are being compared with.

Enquiries you send us

Sending an enquiry is not an order and does not commit either of us to anything. A quotation we give you is an offer to enter an agreement on the terms stated in it, valid for the period it names. What we do with your details is set out in our privacy notice.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it says or does.

Availability

We keep this site running as well as we reasonably can, but it is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be reachable or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this website alone. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
