Prices exclude sales tax where it applies. A school above 400 students, or a business running more than three branches, is quoted on the same basis rather than moved to a different product.

None of these is a tier, an add-on or a negotiation.
- No setup fee on point of sale or school management.
- Nothing to pay before the first month on either. No implementation charge, no onboarding fee, no activation cost per user or per till. Payroll & HR is the one exception: its first pay run is reconciled against the one you already run, and that is quoted separately.
- Support around the clock.
- By phone, WhatsApp and email, from people who know the product rather than a ticket queue.
- Training your staff, and training their replacements.
- Getting your people onto the system is part of the subscription, not a day rate. When a cashier, a clerk or a teacher leaves, training whoever takes over is not a new invoice.

- Your cost does not move with the exchange rate, and Indonesian tax and BPJS rules are not implemented yet — we would rather say so here than at a demo.

- On Google Play now. Staff check in for attendance and read their own payslips; students see their timetable, homework and fee position. No per-device charge and no separate app licence. iOS follows later, and it will not be a separate charge either.
- Backups and restores, at no charge.
- Backing up your data is our job, not a task on your admin’s list, and asking us to restore something is not a chargeable callout. Nobody at your end has to be technical enough to do it.
- Getting your data in.
- Bringing items, customers, staff or students across from spreadsheets is part of setting you up. Reconstructing years of history is the exception, and we quote that separately rather than hiding it.
- Your data is yours to take.
- A full export in open formats, whenever you ask, and no exit fee. A customer who cannot leave is not a reference.

Point of sale, payroll and HR, and school management are priced separately. Running two costs less than two vendors, and you can add the second later.
How much of it there is
Counters and godowns for retail, employees for payroll, students for a school. Scale is the honest variable, a two-till shop and a twelve-branch distributor are not the same job.
What moving in involves
Importing items, customers, employees or students from spreadsheets is normally straightforward. Reconstructing years of history, or building something the product does not do, is not, and we quote it separately rather than hiding it.

How the price works.
Perangkat lunak bisnis biasanya tidak mencantumkan harganya. Itu hampir selalu berarti angkanya bergantung pada bagaimana pembicaraan berjalan. Harga kami ada di halaman ini: Rp 60.000 per bulan untuk satu kasir point of sale, Rp 60.000 per bulan untuk sekolah hingga 200 siswa, dan Rp 900 per karyawan per bulan untuk payroll. Tarif tahunan setara sepuluh kali pembayaran bulanan, jadi satu tahun berarti dua bulan gratis.
Mengapa harga dalam rupiah
Bukan sekadar soal kenyamanan. Langganan dalam dolar berarti biaya Anda bergerak setiap kali nilai tukar bergerak, dan itu terjadi tanpa ada yang berubah pada perangkat lunaknya. Anggaran yang Anda setujui di awal tahun bukan lagi angka yang Anda bayar di akhir tahun.
Harga dalam rupiah menghapus seluruh persoalan itu. Tidak ada biaya pemasangan, tidak ada biaya keluar, dan tidak ada tagihan terpisah untuk pembaruan.
Apa yang dihitung, dan apa yang tidak
Point of sale dihitung per cabang atau per kasir. Kasir kedua adalah lisensi kedua dengan tarif yang sama, sehingga toko dengan dua kasir membayar Rp 120.000 per bulan dan tidak ada satu pun bagian perangkat lunaknya yang berubah.
Sekolah dihitung per siswa dan per cabang: Rp 60.000 per bulan hingga 200 siswa di satu cabang, Rp 90.000 hingga 300 siswa di dua cabang, Rp 120.000 hingga 400 siswa di tiga cabang. Di atas 400 siswa Anda ditawarkan pada dasar per siswa yang sama, bukan dipindahkan ke produk lain. Tidak ada fitur yang ditahan dari sekolah kecil lalu dibuka untuk sekolah besar.
Payroll dihitung per karyawan per bulan, atas karyawan yang benar-benar Anda proses pada bulan itu. Penurunan jumlah karyawan karena musim akan menurunkan tagihan, bukan menuntut perubahan paket.
Yang tidak pernah menjadi biaya tambahan
Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris sudah menjadi bagian dari produk, di antarmuka maupun pada dokumen cetak. Dukungan 24 jam, setiap hari, melalui telepon, WhatsApp dan email. Setiap rilis, termasuk yang tidak Anda minta. Dan ekspor penuh atas data Anda sendiri, dalam format terbuka, kapan pun Anda meminta.
Poin terakhir itu sengaja kami cantumkan di halaman harga, bukan hanya di dalam kontrak. Pelanggan yang tidak bisa pergi bukanlah referensi.
Apa yang membuat angkanya bergerak
Tiga hal, dan tidak ada yang tersembunyi. Sistem mana yang Anda jalankan, karena point of sale, payroll dan manajemen sekolah dihitung terpisah. Seberapa banyak jumlahnya, yaitu kasir dan gudang untuk ritel, karyawan untuk payroll, siswa untuk sekolah. Dan apa yang dibutuhkan untuk pindah, karena mengimpor barang, pelanggan, karyawan atau siswa dari spreadsheet umumnya mudah, sedangkan menyusun ulang riwayat bertahun-tahun tidak, dan itu kami tawarkan terpisah alih-alih disembunyikan di dalam tarif bulanan.
Yang belum tersedia untuk Indonesia
Aturan perpajakan dan jaminan sosial Indonesia belum kami terapkan. MjFour hari ini menjalankan penagihan yang tetap bekerja tanpa koneksi, stok dengan batch dan kedaluwarsa, buku besar pelanggan, catatan siswa dari pendaftaran sampai surat keterangan lulus, serta mekanika payroll seperti kehadiran, cuti, tunjangan, potongan dan riwayat yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan per pengguna.
Yang belum ada adalah modul statutori setempat. Kami menuliskannya di sini, bukan menunggu Anda menemukannya saat demo, karena pelanggan yang seharusnya tidak membeli lebih merugikan kami daripada calon pelanggan yang hilang.
