How it runs, step by step
From enquiry to leaving certificate
One record carries a student from the first admission enquiry through admission, class allocation, fees, attendance, examinations, promotion and eventually a leaving certificate. Promotions and campus transfers preserve history instead of overwriting it, so last year remains readable after this year has started, which is exactly when somebody asks for it.
Fees, and why the defaulter list is trustworthy
Fee heads and instalments are set per class, per campus or per student. Vouchers and bank challans print in the format your school and your bank already use, and bank receipts reconcile against the challans that were issued, which is what makes the defaulter list accurate on the day you print it rather than the day the register was last updated. Siblings are linked on the record, so a family discount applies to each child automatically instead of depending on somebody remembering the connection. Concessions are recorded against whoever approved them.
Examinations that end in a result card
Examinations, subjects and weightings are configured per class. Teachers enter marks for the classes they teach and no others. Your provincial or federal board grading scheme is applied the same way across the whole cohort, and result cards print from the record in Urdu or English. A mark correction after publication is recorded against the person who made it, so a reissued card can be explained rather than merely reprinted.
What reaches a parent
Parents are messaged about absence, fees and results in Urdu or English, on a portal built for older Android phones and intermittent connections rather than a recent handset on fibre. A school already running fees and examinations can also run payroll for its own teachers on the same platform, without a second login, a second set of employee records or a second company to chase.

Who this is for
Schools and colleges, single campus or several, and tuition academies that take admissions, collect fees and issue results. At PKR 1,000 a month for up to 200 students it is priced for a neighbourhood school, with published rates for 300 and 400 students across two and three branches; above that you are quoted on the same basis rather than moved onto a different product, so nothing is withheld from a smaller school and unlocked for a larger one.
What it replaces
A fee register, an attendance register, a stack of mark sheets in different formats, and a typist producing certificates by hand. Each of those records perfectly well on its own. The cost is in every question that requires reading them back: who owes fees today, which children are siblings, what this student's marks were two years ago.

The two documents that matter most
A fee voucher and a result card are the only parts of a school system most parents ever see, so both print in your school's own format and in the language the family reads. A defaulter list is accurate on the day you print it because it comes from the current ledger rather than from a register somebody last updated on Tuesday. Concessions and mark corrections are attributable to whoever made them, which is what lets you explain a reissued card instead of merely reprinting it.

What it costs a school, an academy or a college
Rs 1,000 a month covers up to 200 students, or Rs 10,000 for the year. At the top of that band it works out at five rupees per student per month — less than one photocopied result card per child per term.
The band is deliberately generous at the small end, because the institutions that most need this are the ones least able to absorb software quoted to them in dollars. A single-branch academy with 60 students pays the same Rs 1,000 as a 200-student school. A college of 800 is quoted on the same per-student basis, not moved onto an "enterprise" tier where the price stops being published.
Does it fit an academy or a college, not just a school?
Yes, for the same reason: the system is built around admission, fee, attendance, examination and document — not around one kind of institution.
- A tuition academy uses the fee cycle, attendance and result cards, and simply never turns on transport routes or house systems.
- A college uses the same student record from enquiry to leaving certificate, on its own grading scale.
- A school group runs several campuses with consolidated reporting at head office, each campus seeing only its own students.
Nothing is withheld from a smaller institution and unlocked for a larger one. The only thing that changes with size is the number of students you are counted on.
What genuinely does not fit: a university needing credit-hour transcripts and semester registration, and any institution whose core requirement is a national reporting integration we have not built. We will say so on the call rather than at the demo.
