Pricing
PKR 1,000 a month. Published, not quoted.
A single point of sale register or a school of up to 200 students is PKR 1,000 a month, or PKR 10,000 for the year. Payroll is PKR 15 per employee per month. No dollar exposure, no setup fee, no exit fee.
Included in every subscription.
No setup fee, and none of these is a tier, an add-on or a negotiation.
- No setup fee.
- Nothing to pay before the first month. No implementation charge, no onboarding fee, no activation cost per user or per till.
- Support around the clock.
- By phone, WhatsApp and email, from people who know the product rather than a ticket queue.
- Training your staff, and training their replacements.
- Getting your people onto the system is part of the subscription, not a day rate. When a cashier, a clerk or a teacher leaves, training whoever takes over is not a new invoice.
- Every release, including the ones you did not ask for.
- New versions, improvements and fixes arrive as part of the subscription. There is no maintenance contract and no upgrade quote.
- Statutory updates, not change requests.
- FBR salary slabs, EOBI ceilings and provincial rates are dated rules maintained inside the product. A budget changes them and an update carries them.
- Feature requests cost nothing to make.
- Tell us what your business actually needs. When we build it, it ships in the product at no extra charge and everyone gets it — a request is never a quoted change order. What we decide not to build, we tell you plainly.
- Urdu and English throughout.
- In the interface and on printed documents — payslips, fee vouchers and result cards included. Language is never a line on the invoice.
- The Android app, at no extra cost.
- On Google Play now. Staff check in for attendance and read their own payslips; students see their timetable, homework and fee position. No per-device charge and no separate app licence. iOS follows later, and it will not be a separate charge either.
- Backups and restores, at no charge.
- Backing up your data is our job, not a task on your admin’s list, and asking us to restore something is not a chargeable callout. Nobody at your end has to be technical enough to do it.
- Getting your data in.
- Bringing items, customers, staff or students across from spreadsheets is part of setting you up. Reconstructing years of history is the exception, and we quote that separately rather than hiding it.
- Your data is yours to take.
- A full export in open formats, whenever you ask, and no exit fee. A customer who cannot leave is not a reference.

Prices exclude sales tax where it applies. A school above 400 students, or a business running more than three branches, is quoted on the same basis rather than moved to a different product.
What changes the number.
Which systems you run
Point of sale, payroll and HR, and school management are priced separately. Running two costs less than two vendors, and you can add the second later.
How much of it there is
Counters and godowns for retail, employees for payroll, students for a school. Scale is the honest variable, a two-till shop and a twelve-branch distributor are not the same job.
What moving in involves
Importing items, customers, employees or students from spreadsheets is normally straightforward. Reconstructing years of history, or building something the product does not do, is not, and we quote it separately rather than hiding it.

Pricing, in full
How the price works.
Why the price is published
Most software in this market is quoted, which usually means the number depends on how the conversation goes. Ours is on the page: PKR 1,000 a month per point of sale register, PKR 1,000 a month for a school of up to 200 students, and PKR 15 per employee per month for payroll. Annual is ten monthly payments, so a year costs two months less than paying month to month, and monthly billing stays available with no annual commitment.
Publishing it has one cost to us and two benefits to you. The cost is that we cannot price by how large your business looks. The benefits are that you can compare us without a sales call, and that nobody in your organisation gets a different number from the one you were given.
What is not extra
- Urdu. In the interface and on printed payslips, fee vouchers and result cards.
- Statutory updates. When the FBR salary slabs change, an EOBI ceiling moves or a provincial rate is revised, it arrives as a product update, not a quotation.
- Support. Around the clock, by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Every release, including the ones you did not ask for.
- Your data, exported in full, in open formats, whenever you ask.
What is quoted separately, and why we say so
Importing items, customers, employees or students from spreadsheets is included and usually straightforward. Reconstructing years of history, or building something the product does not do, is neither, so it is quoted on its own. Folding that into a headline price would make the headline dishonest for everyone who does not need it.
Sales tax and invoicing
Prices exclude sales tax where it applies. You are invoiced in Pakistani rupees, so nothing about your cost moves with the exchange rate, and there is no setup fee and no exit fee.
