What this website collects and why. Last updated 7 August 2026.

This notice covers mjfour.com, the public website. It does not cover the MjFour application itself: if you are a customer, the data your business puts into the software is governed by your agreement with us, and your organisation — not MjFour — decides who may see it.

When you send us an enquiry

The forms on this site ask for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number, a subject and a message. We use them to answer you. Along with what you type, the following is recorded with your enquiry:

  • The page you first arrived on, and any campaign parameters that were in the address when you arrived — so we know which advert or link brought you, not just which page you were reading when you pressed send.
  • Your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page and preferred language, recorded by the system that stores the enquiry.
  • The date and time.

Your enquiry is submitted from our own server to the MjFour application, where it is stored as a lead for our sales team. It is not sent to an advertising network, a lead broker or any third-party marketing tool, and we do not sell it. If you send the same enquiry twice within a few minutes it is treated as one enquiry rather than two.

To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected] from the address you used. We will confirm when it is done.

Cookies

One cookie, mjfour.locale, records the language you chose so a later visit opens in it. It lasts a year, holds nothing but a language code, and is not used to identify or track you. There is no consent banner because there is nothing here to consent to — we set no advertising or analytics cookies.

Two things are kept in your browser’s own storage rather than in a cookie, which means they are never attached to a request and never reach us unless you deliberately send a form. The first is the campaign parameters and the page you arrived on, held for the length of the visit and discarded when you close the tab. The second is your light or dark theme preference. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

When we offer to show you a page in another language, that suggestion comes from the language setting your own browser reports. It is read in your browser, is not recorded, and is not sent to us — and we do not use your location or IP address to change the language you see.

The check on our forms

The enquiry forms carry a bot check called Turnstile, run by Cloudflare. It is there so that automated submissions do not reach us, and it is the only part of this website that loads anything from another company.

It appears only on the pages that have a form. When it does, your browser fetches a small script from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare receives your IP address, your browser’s user agent and some technical signals about the browser itself in order to judge whether you are a person. When you send the form, our server asks Cloudflare to confirm the result. We never receive those signals — only a yes or a no.

Cloudflare states that Turnstile is not used to build advertising profiles and does not depend on tracking cookies. It may set a cookie of its own to remember that a check has already been passed; that cookie belongs to Cloudflare rather than to us, and we do not read it. If you would rather not use the check at all, every enquiry we can take by form we can also take by email, phone or WhatsApp — the details are on the contact page, and none of them involves it.

What we do not do

  • No analytics or session-recording scripts.
  • No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
  • No third-party embeds while you read. The bot check described above is the single exception, and it loads only on the pages that have a form.
  • No fonts fetched from an external service — they are served from this site, so reading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.

Our web server keeps ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to diagnose faults. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves. We will not quietly widen it and leave the notice as it was.
