Fee collection and defaulters
Vouchers your school recognises, challans that reconcile against the bank, and a defaulter list that is accurate the day you print it.
The problem
The defaulter list is out of date before it is handed round, because payments arrive at the bank and reach the register days later. Family discounts depend on somebody remembering which children are siblings.
What changes
Vouchers are generated from the student record in your school’s own format, bank challans reconcile against what the bank actually received, and siblings are linked on the record so family discounts apply automatically. The defaulter list reflects the ledger at the moment you print it.
How it works
- Fee heads and instalments are set per class, campus or student.
- Vouchers and bank challans are generated in the format your school and bank already use.
- Sibling links apply family discounts automatically; concessions are recorded against a named user.
- Bank receipts are reconciled against the challans that were issued.
- The defaulter list is produced from the current ledger, and parents are messaged in Urdu or English.
What you get
- A defaulter list you can hand to a class teacher without caveats.
- Family discounts that do not depend on institutional memory.
- Concessions attributable to whoever approved them.
- Vouchers parents recognise, rather than a generic template.
