Point of Sale
MjFour POS runs the till, the stock and the customer ledger for retailers, distributors and wholesalers in Pakistan. It is built for intermittent DSL and 3G rather than a fibre office, and it handles the tax and compliance a Pakistani shop actually faces instead of leaving it to a spreadsheet at month end.

What it solves
- The internet drops and billing stops.
- Sales continue offline and sync in order when the connection returns, with oversell detection across tills and a day close that works without a connection.
- FBR invoicing is a separate, manual chore.
- The FBR invoice number and QR code print on the customer receipt. Submissions made while FBR is unreachable sit in a visible queue rather than failing silently.
- Expired stock reaches the counter.
- Batch and expiry tracking issues first-expiry-first-out and blocks the sale of expired batches outright.
- Cashiers give discounts nobody approved.
- Discount ceilings are enforced per cashier, and any override above the ceiling is authorised and recorded against a named supervisor.
What it does
Offline-first billing
The till bills with no connection at all and syncs in order on reconnect. Oversell is detected across tills, and the day can be closed offline.
FBR digital invoicing
Invoice number and QR printed on the receipt, with a queue you can see for anything submitted while FBR was unreachable.
Tax that matches the goods
Per-item sales tax rates with exempt and zero-rated goods handled correctly, plus provincial sales tax on services under PRA, SRB, KPRA and BRA.
Batches, packs and godowns
Expiry tracking with FEFO issue, cartons/packs/pieces with unit conversion, and transfers between godowns that both ends must confirm.
Trade and retail pricing
Separate price lists, per-customer rates, schemes and bonus quantities, without a spreadsheet beside the till.
Customer ledgers and ageing
Credit limits enforced at the counter, with 30/60/90 ageing on receivables and a physical stock count that does not close the shop.
